- When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the Sales Manager include:

SALES EXECUTIVE

- When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the Sales Executive include:
- The main roles of the Sales Executive are those involving the follow-up duties and commitment with respect to the Quality Management System, by:
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets;
- Creating value for the Company’s customers;
- Relaying customer and market information back to the Company;
- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales visit and target achieved as instructed by the Manager;
- Work with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded;
- Evaluated and reviewed complaints received from customers and recommended corrective action to the applicable business unit and function;
- Discussed and resolved issues regarding delayed delivery dates. Returned damaged or incorrect items, and processed necessary paperwork for credit;

- The responsibilities of the Admin Assistant/Clerk are to perform administrative tasks to help employees focus on more big-picture items.
